Odell Promoted to Vice President at LNB

The Lyons National Bank (LNB) is pleased to announce the promotion of Deborah A. Odell to Vice President, Director of Training and Development for the Bank.

Since joining LNB in 2013, Odell has been instrumental in developing initiatives that promote employee development, customer service excellence, operations and compliance throughout the Bank's thirteen branches. She was awarded the President's Employee of the Year Award in 2014.

With over 20 years in banking, Odell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The College of Wooster, Ohio. She resides in Seneca Falls with her husband, Michael.
