Lyons Bancorp, Inc. was formed as a holding company in August of 1987, during a time when the banking industry was going through deregulation. It provides the Bank more flexibility to offer expanded financial services.
There are many members of our community who are also shareholders in Lyons Bancorp. These Individuals play an integral role in the shaping of our Bank, and they also share in the rewards of our achievements.
