Lyons Bancorp Inc. Raises $3 Million in New Capital

Lyons Bancorp, Inc., the parent of The Lyons National Bank, recently closed on a $3 million capital offering.

President and Chief Executive Officer, Robert A. Schick, stated "The Company successfully completed a convertible trust preferred stock offering to accredited investors. This new capital, together with our record setting earnings and already strong capital base, will support our future internal and external growth plans. The success of this offering, along with our four previous capital raising initiatives, is affirmation by our investors of our business and strategic plans."

Lyons Bancorp, Inc. is the holding company for The Lyons National Bank. The Lyons National Bank is a community bank with offices in Lyons, Clyde, Macedon, Newark, Ontario and Wolcott in Wayne County; Jordan in Onondaga County; Geneva in Ontario County and Penn Yan in Yates County. On June 14th, the Bank opened its new Seneca County Office. Subsidiaries of The Lyons National Bank are Lyons Realty Associates Corp. and LNB Life Agency, Inc.
