Seneca Housing, Inc. is offering a ten-hour course in homeownership to Seneca County residents. The course includes information on the pros and cons of owning a home, the banking/mortgage process, budgeting and money management, credit repair and debt reduction, among other items. LNB has recently provided $1,500 to Seneca Housing and its clients for completing the program. The mission of Seneca Housing, Inc. is to provide fair and adequate housing for low-income, elderly, and distressed persons unable to obtain such housing unassisted and to do any other act or thing connected with that purpose.
