The Lyons National Bank will officially break ground at the site of their permanent full-service branch, located at 2433 State Route 414, Waterloo on Tuesday, September 14th, 2010.
The ceremony, which will begin at 11 a.m., will feature keynote speakers the Honorable State Senator Mike Nozzolio, Pat Kilmartin, Owner of Brookline Development Company, who plans to speak on the Balsley road commercial business development and expansion, as well as Robert Schick, President and CEO and Tom Kime, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of LNB.
The new full-service branch will include the following departments: commercial lending, residential mortgage and financial services in addition to the 24-Hour ATM and extended drive thru hours. Also, the new branch will accommodate the Earl "Red" Wadhams Community Room, honoring Red Wadhams for his distinctions and ongoing commitment to the Seneca County community.
Nicoletta Building Contractors, Inc., of Clyde, NY, has accepted the building contract and plan to complete the project this fall.
