LNB Announces New Executive Management Team Members
The Lyons National Bank (LNB) appointed three new members to its Executive Management staff on January 1, 2017.
Kelly J. Mittiga joined LNB in January as Executive Vice President, Director of Performance Improvement. In this newly created role, Mittiga will oversee operations and electronic data management departments, and help to implement initiatives that focus on the Bank's dedication to customer service. Most recently, Mittiga served as Senior Vice President, Customer Experience Executive at First Niagara Bank. In previous roles, she oversaw sales as a CNY Regional Manager and was Director of Deposit and Retail Operations. In 2004, Mittiga was a Rochester Business Journal "40 Under 40" honoree and was the recipient of Geneva's ATHENA Award in 2012. She serves as a board member on the Ontario County IDA and is a steering committee member for Geneva 2020. Kelly resides in Geneva with her husband, Ben, and their three children, daughter, Sydney, and sons, Ben Jr. and John.
Todd F. Juffs, Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer, has been with LNB since 1997. For the last 10 years, as head of the Information Technology Department, Juffs has played an instrumental role in implementing a new core operating system introducing convenience banking applications including, online banking, mobile banking, and corporate cash management technologies all while ensuring the highest level of network security. As a member of the Executive Management Team, he will lead the Bank's future technology strategies and management information systems. Todd resides in Newark with his wife, Jill, and their two daughters, Ella and Hadley.
Chad J. Proper rejoined LNB in December 2016 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. A graduate of SUNY Plattsburg with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Proper went on to receive his master's degree in Taxation from the University of Albany and Nazareth College's post-baccalaureate certification program in Business and Distributive Education. Previously at LNB, Proper was a financial analyst responsible for helping to develop the Bank's budgets and ALCO assessment. In his new role, he will be responsible for the Bank's Accounting Department functions as well as Holding Company and Bank reporting. Chad has one daughter, Alaira, and lives in Waterloo with his wife, Shannon, and step-daughter, McKenna.
