The Lyons National Bank (LNB) recently promoted nine employees who have excelled in their respective positions. “I’m proud to recognize these individuals for their outstanding performance in 2024,” said Tom Kime, President and CEO of LNB. “Their dedication to LNB’s mission and service profile made them ideal candidates for these well-deserved officer promotions.”

 David DeRaddo, financial services representative and assistant vice president, was promoted to vice president. DeRaddo began his career with LNB Financial Services in 2011. A graduate of St. John Fisher University, and both a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), he assists personal and corporate investors with their portfolios and retirement plans working from LNB’s Geneva, Canandaigua and Farmington offices. 

•  Jennifer Dunn, mortgage home equity processor and banking officer, was promoted to assistant vice president. Recognized multiple times for her WOW! customer service, Dunn joined LNB in 2000 and is an invaluable team member of operations team. She is a graduate of Finger Lakes Community College with an associate’s degree in business administration.

 Maxwell Harris, cash management specialist, was promoted to banking officer. Harris joined LNB’s Geneva office in 2022 after receiving his master’s degree in business management from Hobart & William Smith Colleges. In 2023, he accepted the role of cash management specialist and works closely with business customers to support their business banking needs.

 James King, commercial loan officer II and vice president was promoted to senior vice president. King joined LNB in 2003. A seasoned lending professional, he plays a vital role in helping businesses with their lending needs working from LNB’s Geneva and Perinton Park offices. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from RIT.

 Jenna Miller, executive administrative assistant and assistant vice president, was promoted to vice president. Joining LNB in 2015, Miller served as marketing assistant before accepting the position of executive administrative assistant to the Bank’s president in 2017. Miller holds a master’s degree in management from Keuka College.

•  Meghan Nagel, operations training specialist and banking officer, was promoted to assistant vice president. Nagel joined LNB’s Lyons office in 2011 and most recently serving as assistant branch manager. In 2023, she moved into her current training role and is instrumental in training our frontline staff.

 Jennifer Porten, cash management specialist, was promoted to banking officer. Porten joined LNB’s lending team in Auburn in 2018 and also worked in the Perinton Park office prior to accepting her role as cash management specialist. She works closely with LNB business customers to support their business banking needs.

 Shannon Romano, senior assistant controller and assistant vice president was promoted to controller and vice president. With over 15 years at LNB, Romano was the executive administrative assistant to the Bank’s president prior to joining the Accounting department in 2017. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from St. John Fisher University.

 Kraig vonHahmann, commercial agricultural loan officer II and assistant vice president was promoted to vice president. vonHahmann joined LNB’s business lending team in 2015 and supports our Auburn and Seneca County offices. With many years working in ag-related business, he specializes in both commercial and agricultural lending and is a graduate of SUNY Morrisville.
