The Lyons National Bank (LNB) is pleased to announce Danielle M. Ayers has been promoted to Director of Human Resources. Ayers joined LNB in 2014 as a specialist in the Human Resources department, and was named a banking officer in 2020.

As director, Ayers is responsible for overseeing all functions of the department, including compensation, benefits, internal policies and compliance.

“Danielle’s years of experience working in our HR department and her positive approach to all she does, made her the best candidate for this important role,” said Tom Kime, President & CEO, LNB. “We’re fortunate to have her oversee a department that plays such a critical role in developing and maintaining our greatest asset — our employees.”

Ayers holds a master’s degree in management from Keuka College. She resides in Stanley, NY, with her husband, Brandon, and two children.
