Joe Fragnoli, Owner of Super Casuals in Geneva, Appointed to LNB Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Lyons Bancorp, Inc., the parent holding company of The Lyons National Bank (LNB) appointed Joseph Fragnoli, Owner of Super Casuals retail clothing store in downtown Geneva, to the Boards of both the Holding Company and the Bank. Mr. Fragnoli will hold these positions until the Company’s annual shareholders’ meeting in May 2012, when he will stand for election by the shareholders. Until his appointment, Fragnoli was a member of LNB’s Geneva Advisory Board, a position he held since the Bank’s Exchange Street office opened in 2005. Along with his general Board responsibilities, Fragnoli will also serve as a member of the Board’s Audit and Loan Committees.

Fragnoli is a graduate of Bowling Green University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing and Retail Business. He resides in Seneca Falls with his wife Debra and their daughter, Kate. Fragnoli is an active member of the community, and is instrumental to current economic development initiatives within the region. Joe presently serves on several community boards including, the Geneva BID the Salvation Army. He is a past board member of the Geneva Chamber of Commerce and the Geneva YMCA. In addition, Super Casuals was proudly awarded the Geneva Area Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year in 2010.
